Boarding
We offer boarding as an exclusive service to our members.
Members are those who have had fifteen visits within the past six months, AND have purchased a package within the past ninety days.
Boarding Pricing
Boarding includes daycare in its price, but there may be additional fees or discounts based on other factors, which include how many dogs you have boarding, or if it is a holiday.​

To begin boarding:
You must be a member at Tailwaggers, which means that you have:

Completed and passed a "Temperament Test."

Filled out our "Boarding and Daycare Agreement."

Provided us with up-to-date vaccination records for your pet(s).

Been regularly bringing your dog to daycare at least once a week recently.

​Had fifteen visits within the past six months.

Purchased a package within the last ninety days.
These requirements are easy to obtain just from coming to daycare regularly.

If you meet all of these criteria, you are allowed to board your dog and can follow these steps to do so:

Request an appointment for boarding through the "Member Portal," preferably at least 24 hours in advance. (Appointments made less than 24 hours in advance will have an additional fee) If you are booking a holiday, we recommend requesting an appointment as soon as possible, as we have seen some holidays fill up almost a month ahead.

Wait for a confirmation for your appointment in the portal.

Bring your dog(s) on the date that they are boarding, along with enough food for them. We also recommend that you bring something that smells like home and any prescriptions that they may need for their stay.

As with daycare, you will pay when you pick up your dog(s).

Keep in mind while boarding:

Requesting an appointment in the portal is not a guarantee that you can board your dog(s). You are guaranteed to be able to board once the appointment is approved (within 24 hours).

If you do not have access to the "Member Portal," you may schedule an appointment for boarding over email, text, or in person. Please let us know that you do not have access to the "Member Portal," and we will grant you access.

You must request boarding at least 24 hours in advance, or there will be an additional fee.

Please schedule holiday boarding as soon as possible.

What about non-member boarding?​
At this time, we are not offering non-member boarding. This may change in the future, but it would come with additional cost. Please do not contact us regarding non-member boarding. If it is offered in the future, we will update this page immediately.
