Join the Pack

If you are interested in having your dog join our pack, you must:

• Fill out our "Boarding and Daycare Agreement" and "Temperament Test" forms.

• Your dog must be spayed/neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations including DHPP, bordetella, and rabies. We also strongly recommend flea and tick prevention.

• We will contact you after both forms are filled out to request vaccination records and answer any questions that you may have. 

• Schedule your "Temperament Test" with us. It will not take place any sooner than 24 hours after we receive your vaccination records.

• Regularly bring your pup to daycare at least once a week. If you are unable to bring your dog to daycare for an extended period, please notify us. This requirement is to ensure the comfort and safety of our members.

Our "Temperament Test" is a free assessment with your dog at our facility throughout the day. ​We want to be sure your angel of a puppy gets along with other well-mannered dogs and our staff. Often, a dog's demeanor changes, for better or worse, upon realizing their owner has left them.

 

We will also speak to you, the owner, and explain to you how things run here at Tailwaggers. You will need to bring your dog, on a leash, and its vaccination records from your veterinarian, if you have not already sent them to us or uploaded them through the Customer Portal. Scheduled tours of our facility are available by request.
